Never Be Afraid to Ask for More Money. You Might Just Get It!

I asked for one thousand dollars and was shot down. The email came back almost immediately saying that was outside the budget. Why did I recoil? I felt guilty for asking so much.

It was probably just a delayed result of me feeling stupid for having asked for so little in the first place.
